Adrian Mitchell

Adrian Mitchell nació en Londres en 1932. Escribe poesía, drama y cuentos para adultos y niños. Sus obras dramáticas han sido llevadas a las tablas por el National Theatre, la Royal Shakespeare Company y por varios grupos teatrales regionales y experimentales en Gran Bretaña. Ha ofrecido recitales de poesía en diversas áreas del mundo: los Estados Unidos, Sudáfrica, Australia, Europa y Japón. Mitchell se autodenomina un alborotador pacifista de izquierda y fue recientemente nombrado Shadow Poet Laureate .

 

Adrian Mitchell was born in London in 1932. He writes poems, plays and stories for adults and children. His plays have been performed by the National Theatre, the Royal Shakespeare Company and many regional and experimental theatres in Great Britain . He has read his poems all over the world including the USA , South Africa , Australia , Europe and Japan . He refers to himself as a leftist/pacifist troublemaker and was recently appointed Shadow Poet Laureate.
